Continuing on the ongoing fascination for glass in liquid and solid form, the Fluid Joinery – side tables are capturing the exact state in between. With a overall connection with architectural materials, whether stone slabs, bricks or glass bricks, glass becomes beyond architectural in its more fluid form. The joinery of glass seems a contradiction in itself, that ambiguity of connection of volumes in fluidity: as blown glass volumes becoming one single piece. Invisible joinery, the shapes seem to be connected when glass was still liquid and shapeless.
